Please upload a one-page statement of interest specifically addressing the following:
- Your overall interest in simulation
- How you see simulation factoring in your future career
- Any specific skills or experiences you hope to gain from the fellowship
- Any time limitations or other responsibilities you would have during the two-year fellowship period
- Your desired start date
Also, be prepared to name two individuals (one of which must be your supervisor or program director) that will provide a letter of support. The program director letter must indicate what, if any, financial support or other resources the department will provide.
