fee structure Changes As of July 1, 2026

We value our partnership in supporting high-quality patient care, safety, and continued advancements in the field of medicine. To align with the University of Florida and account for the services that support the mission, our fee structure is changing.

ALAC Fees

UF Internal Users:

Activity occurs within the Anaclerio Learning and Assessment Center:
- $110 per student per educational activity
Activity occurs within another UF site:
- Trainer time: $120 per 1 hour case
- SP Training: $20 per SP per hour

External Users:

$110 per student per educational activity
$125 per student for facilities fees
Total: $235 per student per activity

Cancellation Fee:

Unless an emergency arises, fees will be charged to internal and external users for all students on the submitted roster. If a student is unable to complete an activity during the scheduled simulation time and a separate makeup time is requested, additional fees will be applied.

Remediation Policy:

The same fee schedule outlined above will apply to internal and external users for students requiring remediation.

Simulation Center Fees

UF Internal Users:

$566 per simulation team per hour

External Users:

$650 per simulation team per hour

Cancellation Fee:

Unless an emergency arises, the user will incur a charge of $566 for cancellations with ≤ 48 hours’ notice.
